Click on the “Start” orb, type “Notepad”, right click on the “Notepad” item that appears in the results and choose “Run as administrator”

Confirm the UAC prompt (if applicable)

Now in Notepad, go to File –> Open, navigate to “C:\Program Files\USBDLM\” (or “C:\Program Files (x86)\USBDLM\” on a x64 system) and edit usbdlm.ini.

From here, you’ll be able to edit the INI file and save your changes.

It’s telling me that access to the file is denied when I try to save USBDLM in wordpad, even though I clicked to unblock the file and I am the administrator
